WHY A RECLAIMER?
A true cyclone reclaimer removes 100% of all material from the blast cabinet, centrifugally separates good abrasive from spent abrasive and debris, and delivers only good abrasive back to the machine for blasting. A good cyclone reclaimer also has an adjustable "suck-out tube" and has the ability to maintain a certain abrasive size to be retained by the machine. If a certain finish or profile is specified and must be repeatable, a cyclone reclaimer is essential. If the application is just cleaning or removal of a coating without regard to finish or particle sizing, the "spin-out" rear baffles specified on the previous page are generally quite suitable. |
